On July 13, 2021, Yangcheng County Yangtai Group Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Yangtai Group”) 2021 first phase of debt financing plan was successfully listed on the Beijing Financial Assets Exchange.
Yangtai Group is located in Yangcheng County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. It is a coal enterprise directly under the Yangcheng County Finance Bureau. Its main business scope is coal mine construction investment; enterprise management, safety technology information consulting services; entrusted asset management; retail coal, mining materials, mechanical and electrical equipment, building materials, etc. Yangtai Group is the main body of local coal resource integration, with strong government support, and has a strong advantage in the acquisition of regional coal resources.
Yangtai Group’s current debt financing plan has a listed amount of RMB 300 million, a term of one year, and a listed interest rate of 5.5%, which will be underwritten by Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd.
