BRICS and Africa should build a partnership to spur global development, preserve world peace and security, advocate civilizational exchanges and mutual understanding, practice genuine multilateralism, and work together to implement global development, global security, and global civilization initiatives, as well as in a joint effort to strive for a more just and reasonable direction for the international order.

Mrs Lang introduced Yingke as a global legal services provider with more than 15,000 lawyers. Since its establishment in 2001, Yingke has been adhering to the development philosophy of “Global Vision, Local Wisdom” to provide one-stop and comprehensive legal services to clients globally. Since 2021, Yingke has launched a new development strategy of “internationalization, specialization, digitalization, and low-carbonization”, with “internationalization” as its top priority. Under this strategy, Yingke has established a series of international legal service centres, of which Yingke South Africa office is one. Located on the 10th floor of the Leonardo Building in Johannesburg, Yingke South African Office, established in 2023, is the second directly operated legal consulting firm Yingke has set up in Africa. The three leading teams of Yingke South Africa Office are the legal consulting services team, the tax consulting team, and the public relations and business development team. These three teams, as the backbone of Yingke South Africa office, complement each other to form an organic whole of the service chain, and each has a profound professional background and abundant practical experience in the industry. With the joint efforts of these three teams, Yingke South Africa has provided high-quality legal, tax, and business advisory services to local Chinese enterprises and has obtained the high recognition and trust of our clients. In the future, Yingke South Africa will continue to enhance its cooperation with local Chinese enterprises and provide more clients with exceptional legal, tax and business consulting services so as to escort the sprawl of Chinese enterprises in South Africa.

The delegates unanimously bolstered cooperation between the BRICS countries and Africa to accelerate economic growth in Africa and the world.
