Aiming at the development goals, “internationalization” becomes the focus for its development in all aspects. Before that, Yingke successfully developed a set of systematic models in pursuit of internationalization. In the future, under the mode of “direct investment and direct management”, Yingke will build itself a world-class brand for all the Chinese abroad through the “three-step” strategy. In 2021, Yingke has set the development goal of “digital intelligence”, hoping to realize “shared digital intelligence” through the development of law-related technologies, put “law firms on mobile phones”, and build a “global one-hour legal service circle”.

Mei Xiaying, Dean of the School of Law, University of International Business and Economics Law, listened carefully to the introductions and spoke highly of its internationalization strategy. He pointed out that in the process of international development, Yingke has developed a path and management mode with its own characteristics, and has made beneficial explorations and examples for all law firms to go abroad in a high-quality manner. Also Mr. Mei Xiaying said that the development and application of Internet technologies call for the legal service industry to start informatization and digital transformation. Yingke is highly informatized, which improves the work efficiency of lawyers and its service capability. He also pointed out that the School of Law, UIBE, adhering to the philosophy of running towards internationalization, has rich experience in theoretical research and legal practice in international law and foreign-related laws, and shows a good momentum of development in emerging disciplines like network and data law. In the future, the two sides will have broad exchange and cooperation in serving the law-based governance and training legal talents on foreign laws.
Bian Yongmin, Associate Dean of the School of Law, University of International Business and Economics, said that Yingke’s international development strategy is very courageous.
