Barbara Aloisi has been an Equity Partner at Nctm since 2003. She is an expert in Tax Law and mainly deals with tax advice for multinational groups, financial intermediaries and private equity funds.
She has consolidated experience in acquisitions (M&A) and management incentives. She is also specialised in transfer pricing and IAS / IFRS adoption.
Barbara holds the position of statutory auditor within industrial and financial companies.
