Enterprises should be good at gathering local wisdom, including local information, contacts and experience, to obtain high-quality M&A targets. Enterprises should invite local professional institutions with rich experience to provide services. The core management team and technical team should be retained after the merger and acquisition. Lawyer Yang Lin suggested that enterprises should plan before moving. Enterprises need to have a reserve of international talents, fully demonstrate the synergy between the target company and the enterprise before the merger and acquisition, and conduct comprehensive and in-depth due diligence on the target company, accurately identify risks and develop risk prevention strategies. Finally, lawyer Yang Lin suggested that the enterprises that have completed the merger and acquisition should make strategies, fully do the integration work after the merger and acquisition, operate legally and in compliance, and integrate the concept of sustainable development into the enterprise’s strategy.
