The Ministry of Justice has decided to award 130 law firms, the title of “National Excellent Law Firm” and 289 lawyers, the title of “National Excellent Lawyer”, in order to commend the advanced and promote integrity and encourage law firms and lawyers across the country to take the lead and make achievements on the new journey. Eight law firms and 23 lawyers from Beijing are on the list.
Ms. Lin Yang, Founding Partner, Global Partner and Executive Chairwoman of Yingke Global Board of Directors, won the title of National Excellent Lawyer.
Ms. Lin Yang founded Yingke’s global legal service network covering 83 countries. Ms. Yang received her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature and international trade from Ocean University of China, and her master’s degree in international law from China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Lin Yang is a member of the Steering Committee of the UN Global Think Tank Alliance for South-South Cooperation, a standing member of the China Chamber of International Commerce, an expert on the Steering Committee of the Chinese Council of the China-CEEC Joint Chamber of Commerce, and the 2020 Saudi B20 Member of the working group on “Investment and Trade” of the Summit, member of the working group on “Finance and Infrastructure” of the B20 Summit in Italy in 2021, one thousand foreign-related lawyers selected by the Ministry of Justice, and National Excellent Lawyers selected by the Ministry of Justice in 2020.
