Yingke Lawyer Was Successfully Recommended to Join the M&A Control Report Working Group of ICC by ICC China

Recently, Yingke lawyer was successfully recommended to join the M&A Control Report Working Group of the Competition Committee in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) by the Competition Committee of China National Committee in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC China).

The objective of the working group is to summarize the M & A systems and countermeasures of more than 20 important antitrust countries and regions around the world and to form a policy document for government organizations and regulators, and promote the solution of a series of unreasonable procedural problems in the M & A control system. The experts of the working group have more than 10 years of rich experience in competition law and antitrust law. Their professional fields include antitrust civil litigation, antitrust investigation, business concentration declaration, M & A transactions and antitrust compliance, involving finance, petrochemical, automobile, medicine, investment fund and other industries. The committee will continue to follow up the updates of the working group, actively support Chinese experts to participate in the formulation of international rules and practices, put forward antitrust related policy suggestions on behalf of Chinese business community, and strengthen China’s voice and participation in the international antitrust field.
