On August 4th, Linda Yang, the Chairwoman of Yingke Global Board, and founding partner of Yingke International,as one of the speakers, participated in part 7 of a series of training webinars sponsored by the China working group of the Asia Pacific Regional Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the IBA young lawyers Committee.
The theme is “China-EU Investment and Compliance Risk Management”.
This series of training webinars is part of a basic knowledge program developed by the Public and Professional Interests Department of the International Bar Association (IBA) to continuously help young lawyers and junior professionals understand international legal practice. The seminar is divided into eight parts. It is hosted by the China working group of the Asia Pacific Regional Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the IBA young lawyers Committee. It provides a series of training on international business practice for Chinese young lawyers. Participants will have full opportunities to share their professional and cultural experience through meeting discussion and Q & A.
