On the afternoon of November 15, 2022, the 2nd Investment and M&A Development Strategy Conferenceof China Petroleum and Chemical International Conference (CPCIC) successfully took place both online and offline.
The petrochemical industry faces dramatic changes following the COVID-19. Finance, the core of modern economy, will play an important role in stepping up the construction of a new development pattern towards the goal of “dual carbon goals”. Investment and M&A, the financial approaches, are destined to become an essential support for the domestic petrochemical industry to achieve carbon neutrality. The dual carbon goals and the “dual circulation” strategy poses new requirements for the chemical industry, while the recovery of the chemical industry would promote industry M&A, green development on ESG investment and further application of new materials.
The forum is designed to build a cross-border platform to share forward-looking views with a global perspective, new trends, new orientations and new hopes.
