Yingke Law Firm successfully completed the first filing of law firm engaging in securities legal business

On July 24, 2020, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued the provisions on the administration of securities service institutions engaging in securities service business, which requires service agencies engaged in securities service business to file according to law. In accordance with the requirements, Yingke Law Firm submitted the filing application to the CSRC in a timely manner, and reported the risk control system documents, risk control process and personnel allocation of Yingke Law Firm’s securities business.

On October 9, 2020, according to the public list of “law firm filing” column on the website of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Yingke Law firm has become a record law firm engaged in securities legal business.

After the completion of the filing, Ying Ke law firm can provide services for the following securities activities, produce and issue legal advice:

Initial public offering of stocks, depository receipts and listing; issuance and listing of securities by listed companies;

Acquisition of listed companies and unlisted public companies, major asset restructuring and share repurchase; merger, division and spin off of listed companies;

Listed companies and unlisted public companies implement equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans;

Public issuance of corporate bonds and listing transactions; domestic enterprises directly or indirectly issue securities abroad or list their securities overseas for trading (including subsequent issuance of additional shares);

The transfer of shares of a joint stock limited company to specific objects has resulted in more than 200 shareholders, and the company has applied for listing and public transfer of shares in the national small and medium-sized enterprise share transfer system;

The issuance of shares by a joint stock limited company to specific objects results in a total of more than 200 shareholders, and the non listed public companies with more than 200 shareholders issue shares to specific objects and publicly issue shares to unspecified qualified investors.
