Yingke Law Firm Chengdu Office Successfully Won the Bidding of Sichuan Natural Gas Investment Group

In March 2022, Yingke Law Firm Chengdu Office won the bidding of Sichuan Natural Gas Investment Group Co. for the period of 2022-2024, after a strict selection and evaluation process.

This project is led by Mr. Jiangtao Liao, a senior partner of Yingke Chengdu and Director of the Equity and M&A Legal Affairs Department, with a team of lawyers participating in this project, consisting of Ms. Yijing Pu, Deputy Director of the Equity and M&A Legal Affairs Department; Mr. Yi Kou, Director of the Major Civil and Commercial Litigation Legal Affairs Department; Mr. Dengguo Xiao, Director of the International Legal Affairs Department; Mr. Yongzhen Chen, Director of the Government Legal Affairs Department; and Mr. Feng Chen, Director of the State-owned Assets Legal Affairs Department.

Yingke Chengdu will build up a team of lawyers to issue professional written legal advice on major and complex legal issues faced by Sichuan Energy Investment Natural Gas Group, and participate in major corporate conferences to assist the client in regulating its governance structure, etc. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Yingke Chengdu to win the bid.
