Yingke Law Firm and China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation Promote Comprehensive Cooperation

On April 22, 2022, lawyer representatives of Yingke Law Firm went to the Western Returned Scholars Association(WRSA) for Cooperation, and held a comprehensive cooperation meeting with the leaders of the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation to promote the in-depth implementation of China’s strategy of “strengthening the country with talents in the new era” and to promote the healthy development of the career of overseas students. On the basis of the preliminary communication between the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation and Yingke Law Firm, they discussed the specific matters of establishing a comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship.

At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary General Liu Wei and Secretary General   Zhuang Liang introduced the guests from both sides, and President Xu Changdong introduced the history of WRSA and the prospect of future cooperation between the two sides. Director Yang Lin of Yingke International gave a detailed introduction of Yingke and Yingke’s “global one-hour” legal service network.

Subsequently, Mr. Zhuang Liang , Secretary General of Yingke, made several key points about the comprehensive cooperation between Yingke and China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation, including using Yingke’s “global one-hour” legal service network to protect the legal rights and interests of overseas students and “going abroad” enterprises. With more than 12,000 legal professionals in 103 cities in China, Yingke is also willing to provide legal services to returnees and related enterprises. Both side agreed that it is very important for Chinese students and Chinese enterprises going abroad to protect their interests overseas, and it is important to providing timely and professional legal services for citizens and enterprises when they need legal support, especially when they encounter unexpected situations.It is also important to provide quality Chinese legal services for returned students and related enterprises in China to attract talents and take advantage of them. The cooperation between the two sides is promising.

After the meeting, the leaders of China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation led the Yingke delegation to visit the meeting site of the WRSA. The working meeting was successfully concluded. In the future, under the guidance and support of the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation, Yingke will optimize the “global one-hour” legal service system to protect the stable development and legal rights of Chinese citizens and enterprises overseas, and help the development and growth of returnees and related enterprises in China.
