With the deepening reform of compliance for case-involved enterprises, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate has launched the pilot projects of compliance and non-prosecution nationwide, promoting the creation of a business environment ruled by law for the benefit of businesses, and boosting the economic and social development towards higher quality. Facing the new issues and challenges for criminal proceedings, lawyers are striving forward with active effects in the compliance-related reforms.. 

To further strengthening the study on criminal compliance for the sake of case-involved enterprises amid the compliance reform, Yingke Law Firm plans to hold the “Forum on Corporate Compliance Reform and Lawyer Service Development” on September 25, 2022.
