Partners of YK Selected as B20 Taskforce Members

The 15th G20 Summit will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from November 21 to 22, 2020. As of the most important participants, B20 with its 6 taskforces will develop a policy paper with specific suggestions and implementable actions for the G20. These policy proposals are officially handed over to the G20 leaders at the annual B20 summit.

Linda Yang, Founding Partner of Yingke International has been selected as a member of Trade & Investment taskforce, which will focus on these challenges including the changes needed to ensure the rules-based, multilateral system is fit for purpose and supports a fair and open trade environment.

Henry Li, Partner of Yingke International has been selected as a member of Integrity & Compliance taskforce, which will aim to advance the global anti-corruption agenda, touching upon key topics such as regulatory compliance, transparency and high standards of ethics and integrity.

Robert Li, President & CEO of Baidu and Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba Group both have been appointed as Chair of B20 taskforce before.

The Business Twenty (B20) is the official G20 dialogue with the business community. As the voice of the private sector to the G20, it represents the global business community across all G20 member states and all economic sectors. Its summits are held annually, usually before the respective G20 summits. The B20 supports the G20 through specific policy recommendations, the consolidated representation of business interests and economic expertise. It also fosters dialogue between the public and private sector.
