YK LAW LLP has announced that James C. Wolf has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as Of Counsel.
James C. Wolf is a certified expert in immigration and nationality law by the State Bar of California and has been providing immigration services to major corporations since the late 1980s. His practice areas include Business Organizations and Immigration & Naturalization Law.
James has deep experience for nearly all types of Immigrant Visas, including Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, etc.), Family-Based Immigration, Temporary Visas (H-1B Visa, L-1 Visas, etc.), and Permanent Residency. James also has extensive experience in assisting investors of failed EB-5 projects.
The American Immigration Lawyers Association has designated James Wolf as an attorney mentor. In this capacity, he advises other immigration attorneys across the United States about complex business immigration issues.
James received his JD from the University of California at Davis and his BS from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice law in California.
