Four Excellent Cases of Yingke Law Firm Were Selected As “Excellent Cases of Foreign Legal Service” by The National Bar Association

In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law, the All-China Bar Association organized the selection of excellent cases of foreign-related legal services in 2020. After two rounds of selection, “Excellent Cases of Foreign-Related Legal Services” has been officially published.

Among the 354 cases submitted by law firms across the country, 90 excellent cases were selected from 64 law firms in 18 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), including 44 dispute settlement cases and 46 project cases. The selected outstanding cases include large investment, financing and listing cases with international influence, unique and innovative cross-border dispute resolution cases, and complex cases involving multiple parties, multiple jurisdictions and multiple domains. 1. Dispute resolution of construction contracts of foreign-related construction projects – dispute of subcontractors of Chinese enterprises’ photovoltaic power station project in Turkey;
