In the speech, Mr. Ma She exchanged views on differences in investment and culture. He mentioned that many industries are now facing bankruptcy and restructuring, and in this context, there is a need for more companies to invest or acquire them, which, together with government support policies, will be an opportunity for investment. He concluded his presentation by saying that cultural differences should be taken into account and that when investing, one should learn to grasp potential opportunities and be prepared to deal with risks and challenges.

Ren Yifeng

Mr. Ren Yifeng believes that in the process of outbound investment, we should first base ourselves on the domestic market, build a new development pattern in which the domestic and international double cycles promote each other, and form a good interaction situation at home and abroad. However, in the process of institutional opening, legal issues should not be overlooked. During the investment, enterprises need to better understand the overall situation overseas, seize the opportunities, and achieve effective risk avoidance. Finally, Mr. Ren hoped that he would have the opportunity to work with Yingke to better promote development.

A number of Yingke lawyers with European investment and M&A experience also shared their expertise with the audience on investment access, supply chain management, data compliance, ESG and other topics.
