Professor Weixing Shen, Dean of Tsinghua University Law School, visited Beijing Yingke Law Firm and held a lecture

On August 7, 2020, Professor Weixing Shen, Dean of Tsinghua University Law School, and his colleague visited Beijing Yingke Law Firm and held a lecture in the Athens multimedia conference room of CP center.

Weixing SHEN is the Dean, professor, and doctoral supervisor of Tsinghua University School of Law. Mr. Shen used to be a visiting scholar of the University of Cologne in 1999, a senior visiting scholar of the University of Freiburg in 2002, a Fulbright visiting scholar of Harvard University in 2009, and a visiting scholar of the Humboldt University of Berlin in 2015. Mr. Shen was awarded as the Seventh “National Ten Outstanding Young Jurists” in 2014. Academically, Mr. Shen also holds the posts of the Executive Director of China Law Society, the Executive Director of Civil Law Research Association of China Law Society, the Executive Vice President of Property Law Research Association of Beijing Law Society, the Vice President of Cyber and Information Law Research Association of China Law Society, the Vice President of China Health Law Society, the Vice President of China Association of Legal Education. Mr. Shen is also the Member of the Compilation Group of the Property Volume of the Civil Code of China Law Society, the Member of the First Expert Committee of Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, the Member of Telecommunication Economy Expert Committee of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Legal Adviser of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Legal Adviser of Ministry of Transport, and the Legal Adviser of National Health Commission.
