With more than 25 years of expertise, he has been a lawyer for companies and individuals in a great variety of fields. He is an expert in commercial contracts, litigation and corporate law.

Ramón obtained his law degree at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He has also obtained a Masters in New Technology Law from Aliter, a Diploma of Criminal Law and a Diploma of EU Law from the Escuela de Practica Jurídica of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is a civil servant through the competitive exam for the Procedural Management Body of the Justice Administration, currently on unpaid leave. Having worked as a judge for many years in different courts of Madrid, Ramón has a thorough knowledge of the justice administration.
He specializes in complex matters of civil litigation such as piercing the corporate veil, responsibility of social administrators, contractual nullity by simulation, cancellation of creditor fraud, etc., as well as in economic litigation matters such as white collar crimes, fraud lawsuits, absconding of assets or fraudulent bankruptcy & misappropriation.

Jose María obtained his law degree at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has also taken numerous specialization courses regarding Tax and Fiscal Law. He has been a lecturer at different universities and he is a regular collaborator for a number of different legal magazines.
He is a consultant for companies & individuals in a great variety of corporate & real estate operations. He specializes in tax planning for corporate reorganizations (M&A, spin-offs, value exchanges, etc.), tax management (inspections, procedures, etc) and corporate acquisitions.

Guzmán has worked for two well-known big law firms before he started working at Adarve.

She specializes in Contract Law and Corporate Restructurings. She advises a variety of big corporations regarding Corporate Compliance, Corporate Structures, Shareholders agreements, etc.

José Manuel obtained a Law Degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and he has also done numerous courses on civil, commercial, and procedural law practice given by Madrid Bar Association and other prestigious centers.
With more than 20 years of practice, his main specialties are Procedural Law, Banking Law and Commercial Law. He has coauthored the books “La Gestión de Impagados” and “Medios de Pago”.

Javier obtained a law degree at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He also has a Masters Degree of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense.
Javier acts before the courts in a wide range of issues covering mainly criminal matters and civil matters: frauds, forgeries, claims for payment, tort liability, etc. He also advises on the drafting of contracts and deeds of many kinds, as well as the amicable negotiations prior to legal proceedings. He is an expert in the recognition and enforcement of foreign sentences.

Coral obtained her Law Degree at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
She has a Masters Degree in International Business Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a course on “Protocol and Business Culture in China” and she also has other “Chinese Language and Culture” courses by different Universities (Beijing University, Shanghai International Studies University and National Taiwan Normal University).
She speaks Spanish, Mandarin and English.
Laura graduated from the Université Rennes II Haute Bretagne (France), and has a Masters from the Université Catholique de Paris Cluny – ISEIT (France/Spain). She has also attended the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) and the University of Toronto (Canada).
Laura has been in charge of the firm’s marketing and communication strategy for years, including the national and international business development.
She speaks French, Spanish and English, and is actively learning Chinese.
