On 7th October, 2015 Yingke Slovakia was officially established. Yingke PKW Slovakia & Czech republic is a limited liability company originated from two law firms – Attorney´s office Martin Winkler & PKW based in Bratislava, Slovakia and Attorney´s office Ľudovít Pavela based in Prague, Czech republic. We are covering legal services, accounting and auditing for clients who make business in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Our company creates a bridge for foreign clients wishing to do business in the local market and the Czech and Slovak clients wishing to do business abroad. During our legal practice we have helped many foreign clients including companies and individuals from People´s republic of China wishing to do business in both countries.

Martin Winkler is the founder and managing partner of Yingke PKW Slovakia and Czech republic. He is responsible for the legal services provided in Slovakia. Martin graduated in 2000 from the Law Faculty of the P. J. Šafárik University in Košice and in 2001 from the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Economics in Bratislava. In 2002 he obtained the Doctor of Law degree and in 2009 the Ph.D. degree from the Law Faculty of the Charles University in Prague. In 2001 and 2004 he spent two semesters at the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine, USA as a research scholar.
He started his professional experience as a university lecturer and in-house lawyer. During his career he achieved top-management positions in both financial and publishing sectors, e. g. he served as a Chief legal and compliance officer in a commercial bank, CEO and Chairman of the Board in an asset management company and CEO in a publishing company. In 2012 he started cooperation with Ľudovít Pavela in his attorney´s office and in 2014 he set up his own attorney´s office in Bratislava.
Martin as member of the Slovak Bar Association and Czech Bar Association is admitted to the legal practice both in Slovakia and Czech republic. He specializes in commercial law, international business law, international private law, banking and securities law, immigration law and real estate law. Martin speaks Slovak, English, German and Russian.
Martin Barta is a partner of Yingke PKW Slovakia & Czech Republic s.r.o. Martin Barta graduated from Pavel Jozef Šafárik University, the Faculty of Law in Košice in 2001. From 2004 to 2006, he completed a two-year study program in commercial law at the University College Dublin (UCD) Faculty of Law in Ireland.
He is an expert in commercial and civil law. Martin Barta has provided legal advisory in Czech and Slovak Republic since 2006 and has been registered as an attorney at law with the Czech Bar Association since 2011.
In addition to corporate law advisory for limited liability and joint stock companies, Martin Barta´s legal practice focuses on commercial contracts, including those with international elements, and real estate law specializing in real estate due diligence, cadastre law and legal issues associated with the acquisition of real estate by foreign nationals. He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions and data protection law.
Martin speaks Slovak, Czech and English.
