On June 10, 2014 Yingke Law Firm held its Russian Office’s Grand Opening ceremony and reception banquet in Moscow. Yingke Law Firm Russia office operates through exclusive cooperation between Yingke and Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners.

Career

After graduation from the international law faculty of MGIMO-University in 2001 Marat joined the international legal department at Gazprom, Russia’s biggest gas producer. In 2008 left Gazprom to join a private equity/venture capital management company Vi Holding as senior counsel. In 2010 left Vi Holding to head the projects and international business legal department at Inter RAO, a Russian major energy company with international business. In 2013 Marat joined Threefold Legal Advisors LLC, a Russian legal boutique firm, as a partner. In 2014 Marat left the boutique to head the international practice at Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners as a partner.

Egor Batanov

Career

He has been a partner and a head of NSP’s tax practice for the last 5 years. He specializes in all tax matters, including tax litigation and consultancy, structuring of deals and large holdings. He leads the Corporate Taxation course in National Research University “Higher School of Economics”.

Education

Sergey specializes in dispute settlements in courts, has profound experience in corporate disputes, real estate dispute. Sergey has completed more than three hundred successful proceedings. He is also known as a specialist in overruling precedents in the Higher Commercial Court (four cases during the last year).

Anastasia Savelieva

Career

Since 2010, Anastasia has been managing major capital markets and M&A deals at Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners (NSP). Anastasia is expert in corporate law securities, restructuring and reorganization, antitrust compliance of transactions, she also has a good command in the areas of securitization and mortgage loans. Amongst Anastasia’s major projects the most notable are the deals involving non-proportional reorganization of OJSC Bashkirenergo and phased consolidation in OJSC Inter RAO’s energy assets in Russia and abroad, as well as the investment projects of Agency of Strategic Initiatives, OJSC Silvinit’s acquisition by OJSC Uralkali, and IPOs of OJSC Abrau-Durso and RTS Exchange.
