Saniya is a recognised expert in the fields of PPP, project finance and construction. Saniya also advises on finance, infrastructure,

traditional energy and renewable energy projects.

Ms. Perzadayeva supports government agencies, financial institutions and investors/developers in the energy sector projects

including legislation shaping, deals structuring and project financing. Furthermore, she offers advice on the development of EPC

contracts, supply contracts and other agreements, as well as on the issues of tariff and anti-monopoly regulations. Saniya regularly

represents clients relating to attracting investments and establishing joint ventures.

Zhanar Abdullayeva gained specialized experience in the oil and gas, mining and energy sectors by advising major Kazakh companies, international investors and quasi-public sector companies on a wide range of issues including industry-specific regulations.

Zhanar’s experience includes conducting complex due diligence of oil and gas and mining companies in the context of M&A

transactions; structuring of cross-border deals; advising on regulatory issues. Zhanar’s experience includes working at the

Artem heads the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices. He is a certified advocate and represents clients on all types of disputes at all levels of the judiciary, including in arbitrations. He has substantial experience in the enforcement of foreign court decisions in Kazakhstan. Artem also advises on various corporate issues including corporate restructurings, M&A deals, issuance and placement of shares.

Artem has extensive experience in FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in protecting clients’ interests relating to the customs and tax law.
