Linda Yang

Ms.Linda Yang is responsible for overseas expansion, international cooperation and international legal affairs of Yingke law firm. With extensive experience in cross-border transactions and international arbitration, Linda has been involved in a large number of cross-border transactions and serving for top reputable Chinese and international companies and organizations on their legal issues, like Rockefeller, Adama, Mallanox, HSBC, CRRC, Zoomlion, CMEC. Due to her outstanding achievement in practicing international business and commercial law, Ms. Yang was awarded the “Chinese Top International Business Lawyer” among the “Annual Ten Best Lawyers” by Fang Yuan Lv Zheng (a Chinese legal magazine) in 2011.

Ms.Yang received her Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and International Trade from Ocean University of China, and her Master of Laws in International Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She serves as the Executive Director of the China International Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Ninth Council of Beijing Overseas Sodality, and is the Former Joint Tutor for LLM of Tsinghua University Law School.

Mr.MEI started his career as a lawyer in July 1996, specializing in real estate. Under the leadership of Mr.Mei, Yingke has developed to the largest law firm in Asia Pacific Region with 39 domestic offices and 34 overseas offices.

Mr.Xiangrong Mei was named  “2011 Chinese Outstanding Lawyer” of Chinese Listed Companies Federation; “2010 Brand Lawyer”; “2009 Elite Lawyer”;Selected as one of “25 Popular Lawyers” by 《Asian Legal Business》 ( ALB )( Chinese version ) in the year of 2010; Graced the cover of 《Fangyuan》 magazine of the month for December 2009 and《ALB》( Chinese version ) of the month for July 2010, separately; For four consecutive years to be shortlisted for “Annual Managing Partner of Law Firm” in China Law Awards of 《ALB》( Chinese version )from 2012 to 2015.

Mr.MEI graduated from the Department of Automotive Engineering of Tsinghua University in 1995, and also owns the Executive Master of Business Administration ( EMBA ) degree of Guanghua School of Management ( GSM ) of Peking University.

Practicing Experience

Frank ZHANG has a strong background in international business and economics, his practice focuses on all aspects of WTO, international trade law and Customs law. He has been involved in numerous anti-dumping/ countervailing cases acting on behalf of companies throughout China and overseas. He also counsels clients on Chinese Customs matters involving import transactions, and on Chinese international trade policy involving investigation of market access and import competition.

Frank ZHANG acted as the legal counsel of the MOFCOM to draft and submit the legal comments on separate rate issues in US anti-dumping practice against non-market economy. He is also a key member of the legal team retained by the MOFCOM to represent Chinese government in countervailing investigations and WTO dispute settlement procedures as well as Doha Round negotiation on anti-dumping rules.

From 2013 to the present, Frank ZHANG has been continuously ranked as one of the Leading Individuals in China by the renowned rating agency Chambers Asia Pacific edition.
