Overview

Yingke reached a partnership with Pacheco Neto, Sanden, Teisseire Lawyers (PNST) in the year 2012. Pacheco Neto, Sanden, Teisseire Lawyers is a full service business office, with extensive multicultural experience, with clients in over 20 countries, especially Germany, France and the Scandinavian countries and in the United States and China. It is an active member in various chambers of commerce and local and international corporate alliances. It is headquartered in São Paulo, strategic partner in the state of São Paulo, and has other addresses as well in Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia and Salvador.

Renato Pacheco Neto

Renato Pacheco e Silva Bacellar Neto is a founding partner at Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm. For over twenty-eight years, Renato has advised clients in cross-border transactions. Renato has also served on the boards of many bilateral and multilateral institutions. He has held the offices of President of Eurocâmaras-CAE, Chairman of Brussels-based EBO Worldwide ASBL (2015-2019) and has been a board member of EU Chambers Abroad in addition to having served as legal director and advisor for Swedcham (2005-2019), FinnCham and for the Danish Chamber. Renato ‎is the Latin America Board Member of Alliuris, an International Association comprising of more than five hundred business lawyers from twenty-five countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas. In addition, he is Vice-President of the China-based Global Yingke Alliance, an alliance of more than eight thousand lawyers worldwide. In 2012, Renato was appointed Swedish Consul General by His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf and awarded at the Royal Palace in Stockholm in 2019 the Royal Order of the Polar Star by His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustav and Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden in recognition of his important and tireless efforts together with his team to promote the Sweden-Brazil bilateral relations. On March 12th, 2020 he was awarded by the President of the Federal Labor Higher Court of Campinas – TRT15, the highest prize of the Major Judicial Merits Necklace. Fluent in several Germanic languages (English included), Latin and Nordic languages, Renato also retains a working knowledge of Mandarin and Russian. Renato is a graduate of the USP Law School and obtained a binational Ph.D. qualification at Paris I-USP in 2001. He holds post-graduate degrees in law and executive education in business and economics from FGV (PEC EAESP) as well as from other countries, including Finland (GMP Aalto – Kauppakorkeakoulu), France (D.E.A. Paris I Sorbonne, D.S.U. Paris II Assas), Germany (LL.M. Bielefeld, FNSt Scholar, Freiburg DAAD Scholar), The Netherlands (ITC Leiden), Sweden (EMP IFL Handels HHS Stockholm) and the United States (LLF Harvard Law School). Prior to founding PNST, Renato lectured on international law at UNAERP, UNIRP and USP FUNDACE in the São Paulo State cities of Ribeirão Preto and SJ Rio Preto.

Andreas Sanden

Andreas Sanden is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo chapter, as well as a member of the German Bar Association. Specializing in cross-border transactions between Germany and Brazil, Andreas has, over the past twenty-five years, advised German foreign investors in Brazil. His practice areas range from the structuring of startups to M&A operations. A director of both the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, São Paulo, and of the Brazilian-German Lawyers Association (DBJV), he is also past President of the German-Brazilian Junior Chamber of Commerce and Industry, São Paulo. Andreas has worked at Price Waterhouse and Mattos Filho Law Firm, among other companies.

Jean François Teisseire

Jean François Teisseire is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm. A French national, he completed his academic education in Paris at the University of Paris II (Assas). He is qualified to practice in France, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and has been assisting clients in international transactions between Brazil and France for over 30 years. He is recognized as a reference in his area of activity and in the Franco-Brazilian community. His activity is especially focused on Labor Law, Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, and Mediation and Arbitration. He is General Secretary of the Board of the Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of the Eurochambers (CAE), Vice-President of the National Council of Mediation and Arbitration (CONIMA), Vice-President and Founder of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration (IBAT) and member of the Chamber of Commerce France-Brazil. He is a native French speaker and is fluent in Portuguese and English.

Juliana Meyer

Juliana G. Meyer Gottardi is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm with more than seventeen years’ experience in structuring and implementing corporate agreements, real estate transactions, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. She has worked for major law firms as well as in the legal departments of private companies and government agencies. Juliana is a member of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation Family Business Group (GEEF), member of the Board of Scandinavian Church and Vice President of Norway Brazil Chamber of Commerce. Juliana is the co-author of 2 books, Relevant Aspects of Family Businesses published by Getúlio Vargas in 2013 and Family Businesses, An Interdisciplinary Vision published by Getúlio Vargas in 2015. She is also an active speaker at conferences and events relating to Brazilian corporate law. Juliana holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, PUC-PR (2000), and a master’s degree in corporate and economic law from ISAE / FGV (2002). She holds a postgraduate specialization degree in international contracts from the COGEAE / PUC-SP (2006), as well as a postgraduate specialization degree in real estate transactions from FGV / SP (2010). Juliana volunteers as legal advisor for Beija Flor Cultural Project, a Norwegian Brazilian social nonprofit organization. She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
