Ricardo E. Barreiro-Deymonnaz

Ricardo is a founding partner at the law firm BARREIRO. OLIVA. DE LUCA. JACA. He has more than 20 years of experience working in corporate law with a focus on the sectors infrastructure, construction, energy, and natural resources.

Nicolás Jaca-Otaño

Nicolás is a founding partner at the law firm BARREIRO. OLIVA. DE LUCA. JACA. NICASTRO in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he leads the Corporate & Venture Capital team. He has 20 years’ experience of advising clients in corporate and finance projects.
Nicolás has a deep knowledge of corporate and M&A projects including leading due diligence teams, structuring and negotiating SPAs and related contract including loan agreements, guarantees, commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, etc., in a variety of industry sectors but with particular expertise within real estate, cement, steel, laboratories, food and beverage, agriculture, clothing, and automotive. As for finance project, Nicolás advises clients in finance- and international trade operations whereby he represents banks, multilateral agencies and traders as well as manufacturers and distributors.
