Markéta Jančová graduated from Charles University, the Faculty of Law in Prague in 2002. In the course of her studies, she spent one year at Cardiff University the Law Faculty where she obtained a diploma in legal studies.

She has provided legal advisory since 2002 and has been registered as an attorney at law with the Czech Bar Association since 2005. Before joining Yingke PKW law firm, she spent nine years at the law firm Weinhold Legal, providing legal services to leading Czech and supranational companies.

Her main activities focuses on corporate law, i.e. mergers and acquisitions, de-mergers, changes in legal form, transfers of undertakings, and real estate law, primarily specializing in due diligence and legal services associated with the purchase, sale and lease of land and buildings and with constructions (including infrastructure). Markéta Jančová also provides legal advisory in commercial contracts and insolvency law.

Markéta speaks Czech and English.
