Luis obtained a Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He also has an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate Law from the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He specializes in the legal defense and counseling in the framework of Administrative Law, and especially Local and Contractual Administrative Law, as well as Private Law in all its forms, payment defaults, obligations and contracts, family, heritance, etc.
He speaks Spanish and French.
