Karan earned his law degree at the University of Mumbai. He advises on venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, including advising on corporate, securities, tax and foreign exchange laws. He also drafts and vets a wide range of commercial contracts, manages teams for time sensitive legal audit, due diligence and document review exercises, and ensures clients’ ongoing compliance with various Indian laws. When required, he also assists foreign nationals with Indian immigration related issues.
