Özlem ZINGIL graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2002 and is admitted to practice at Istanbul Bar Association. Özlem pursued her LL.M degree in business law at Galatasaray University. She is a doctoral candidate in public law at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Özlem spent 10 years in the private sector, respectively as a lawyer at an international law firm and in-house counsel for the construction firm of a large Turkish Holding. With expertise in international and commercial law, Özlem has substantial experience in construction, infrastructure and PPP projects for listed Turkish companies. Özlem is considered an expert in compliance matters assisting and supervising companies in the design, implementation and enforcement of comprehensive enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programmes, and providing compliance training and conducting third party and anti-corruption due diligence.
