Berk Çektir started his law practice in 1996 and is admitted to practice at Istanbul Bar. Berk has the extensive experience in Turkish Company Law, mergers & acquisitions, EPC matters, IP law and corporate practices. He has mainly been advising international and Turkish clients on various aspects of corporate law and represented numerous multinational clients from different jurisdictions.
In addition, Berk has authored numerous articles on legal matters for national and international press published in English. He has also been a featured speaker at seminars, meetings and conferences.
